Fees and Charges

• 20% deposit required to secure order
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue
• All goods are to be returned clean. A cleaning fee will be incurred should the good be returned dirty
• Full payment is required one week prior to delivery if paying by bank deposit or cheque

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation with more than 8 weeks notice- full refund of any monies paid
• Cancellation with between 4-8 weeks notice- 20% deposit forfeited
• Cancellation with between 2-4 weeks notice- 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellation with between 1-2 weeks notice- 75% cancellation fee
• Cancellation with under 1 week notice 100% cancellation fee

Customer Agreement

• The customer agrees that whilst the goods are in their posession they are the hirer's responsibility
• The customer agrees that South Coast Party Hire is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities or facilities. It is the customers responsibility to advise South Coast Party Hire of the location of such facilities
• The hirer will indemnify South Coast Party Hire for any damage to person or property caused by the equipment including all claims for damages and expenses
• Loss or damage to any goods will be charged to the hirer at replacement cost

Free Delivery

• To qualify for free delivery items must be delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday
• To qualify for free delivery a minimum order of $100 is required for orders between Wollongong - Helensburgh
• To qualify for free delivery a minimum order of $50 is required for orders between Wollongong - Gerroa
